Purpose of the Report- This report is issued by the Flint Hill Elementary School Improvement Council in accordance with South Carolina law to share information on the school’s progress in meeting various goals and objectives, the work of the SIC, and other accomplishments during the school year.
Mission at Flint Hill Elementary
At FHES our cub community will learn at high levels by working together and building relationships by working together in a safe and supportive environment.

Academic Achievement
STAR Testing Results:
Star testing is used in Kindergarten – 12th grade education to help teachers understand student growth and achievement. The percentage represents the number of students meeting the district's proficiency benchmark.

Accomplishments
Flint Hill Elementary School proudly opened its doors to 806 K–5 students during the 2025–2026 school year. Our school reflects a rich and diverse community, with a student population that represents a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. We are incredibly proud of the strong foundation we have built in our inaugural year. Our focus has been on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment centered on positive relationships, academic excellence, and the development of strong character in every student.
